1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Summit HQ website, forms, resources, and other public content that links to these terms (collectively, the “Site”). “Summit,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Summit HQ Inc.
By using the Site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Additional terms may apply to a particular event, portal, program, or third-party service.
2. Site purpose
The Site presents general information about Summit’s leadership, mentorship, personal-development, entrepreneurship, faith, family, culture, community, resources, and opportunities to connect.
The Site is informational. It is not financial, investment, securities, insurance, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Site content is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your circumstances.
3. Regulated products and professional activities
The Site does not offer, recommend, or solicit the purchase or sale of a security, insurance product, investment strategy, or other regulated product or service. Any regulated activity, if applicable, occurs separately through appropriately licensed individuals, authorized firms, approved materials, and required disclosures.
Do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, financial statements, payment-card information, passwords, or other sensitive financial information through the public contact form.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, Agent Portal, accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfere with security, availability, performance, or another person’s use of the Site.
- Introduce malware, scrape the Site at unreasonable volume, or use automated systems in a manner that burdens the Site.
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent your relationship to Summit, or submit false or unlawful information.
- Copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content except as permitted by law or written authorization.
- Use the Site to violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property, contractual, or other rights.
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, users, Summit, or others.
5. Content and intellectual property
The Site and its text, design, graphics, photographs, video, audio, logos, and other content are owned by Summit or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Summit and related names, logos, and design elements may not be used to imply endorsement, a business relationship, or authorization without written permission.
You may view and make a limited copy of public Site content for your own lawful, noncommercial use, provided you do not remove notices or alter the content. No other license is granted.
6. Information and materials you submit
You are responsible for information you submit through the Site. You represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit confidential information belonging to someone else.
Submitting a form authorizes us to use the information to respond to your request as described in the Privacy Policy. It does not create an employment, agency, advisory, fiduciary, professional, partnership, franchise, or other relationship.
7. Summit HQ Messaging Program
When you provide a mobile number and separately opt in through an unchecked consent control, you authorize Summit HQ to send recurring text messages only within the scope of the consent you selected. Marketing and non-marketing consent are collected separately.
- Program name: Summit HQ Messaging Program.
- Program description: Messages may include replies to your inquiry, scheduling or appointment reminders, requested information, and event or community updates. Marketing messages are sent only when you separately consent to marketing.
- Message frequency: Varies based on your interactions and the messaging program.
- Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel. You may receive one confirmation message, and recurring messages will stop unless you opt in again.
- Help: Reply HELP, email [email protected], or call 469-273-6553.
Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of receiving requested information or purchasing any product or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and network availability. We may modify or discontinue the messaging program and will provide notice when required.
We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer mobile numbers or messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
8. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to or embed services operated by third parties, including forms, scheduling, media, podcasts, social platforms, or private portals. Third parties control their own services, availability, security, content, and privacy practices. A link or integration does not necessarily mean Summit endorses every statement, product, or service on that destination.
Use of a third-party service may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices.
9. Testimonials and no guarantee of results
Testimonials and stories reflect the speaker’s personal perspective and experience. They are not promises, guarantees, or representations that another person will achieve the same or similar outcome.
Leadership, personal development, entrepreneurship, community participation, and business activities involve individual effort, judgment, circumstances, and risk. Summit does not guarantee income, advancement, licensing, business ownership, personal transformation, or any other outcome.
10. Availability and warranty disclaimer
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but information may be incomplete, become outdated, or contain errors. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any Site feature or content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summit and its directors, officers, personnel, contractors, and content providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Site.
Some jurisdictions do not allow particular limitations, so some language may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. General terms
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Severability and waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
