1. Our commitment
Summit HQ is committed to providing a website experience that is welcoming and usable for people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, and we aim to consider it as content, technology, and third-party services change.
If a part of the site prevents you from accessing information, completing a form, or contacting us, please tell us. We will work with you to provide the information or service through a reasonable alternative method.
2. Our accessibility standard
We aim to align the public website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, where reasonably practicable. This statement describes our goal and current approach; it is not a claim that every page or third-party component meets every success criterion at all times.
Accessibility is never finished. We review the site as it evolves and prioritize barriers that prevent people from understanding content, navigating, or completing important actions.
3. Accessibility features
The public site has been designed to support:
- Semantic page structure and logical heading order.
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators for interactive controls.
- A skip link for moving directly to primary content.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and hidden treatment for decorative images.
- Readable color contrast, scalable text, and responsive layouts.
- Labels and accessible names for navigation, buttons, forms, and embedded media.
- Reduced-motion preferences for visitors who request less animation.
- Clear contact alternatives when an embedded form is unavailable.
4. Third-party content and embedded tools
Some features are supplied by third parties, including the embedded contact form, video, social links, and any future Agent Portal. We do not control every aspect of those services and cannot guarantee their accessibility.
We select and configure third-party services with accessibility in mind where practical. If a third-party component creates a barrier, contact us and we will help provide an alternative path, such as email or telephone.
5. Browser and assistive-technology compatibility
The site is intended to work with current versions of major browsers, operating systems, screen readers, magnification software, speech-recognition tools, and keyboard-only navigation. Older or unsupported technology may provide a less consistent experience.
For the best experience, keep your browser and assistive technology updated and enable the settings you rely on, including text scaling, contrast, captions, or reduced motion.
6. Feedback, assistance, and accommodation requests
We welcome accessibility feedback. When reporting a problem, include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, the device or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it, and a description of the barrier.
We will acknowledge and evaluate accessibility requests as reasonably practicable. If you need the information in another format or want help completing a form, contact us:

7. Assessment and updates
This statement was prepared through a review of the current public page structure, responsive layouts, keyboard-oriented controls, motion preferences, labels, and alternative contact paths. The final GHL implementation and embedded form should be rechecked before launch and after material design or platform changes.
The effective date above identifies the latest version of this statement. Confirmed barriers and meaningful remediation work should be documented as the site evolves.
