Before Summit, Austin Durrett built his foundation coaching high school and collegiate basketball. The setting was different, but the work was always about people—recognizing potential, setting a meaningful standard, and helping individuals become a team.

That same coaching mindset shapes Summit today. Leadership grows through consistency, honest feedback, personal responsibility, and service. Achievement matters, but never at the expense of faith, family, character, or the people walking beside you.
